Job description:
As a chat moderator, your task is to participate in text-based online chats on one or more social community platforms and maintain the conversation. The goal of your work is to create an imaginative experience that customers would like to return to and which is aimed at entertaining the customers, maintaining the relationship with them, and giving them a good feeling about themselves.

I joined the Cloudworkers company a few years ago. I had worked as a teacher for a number of years before that, commuting to work on a daily basis. At first, I liked the idea of making some extra money which helped my finances. Soon after that, I decided to dedicate all my time to working for Cloudworkers all the time.
Working full-time for this company enables me to organise my day as I wish. I like being able to choose my own shifts. Besides, I don’t have to go out on cold winter days to get to work. I can do my job from the comfort of my home. I can also make a decent amount of money which often surpasses an average salary in my country. I am always close to my elderly father in case he needs me and I can look after my pets, or go to yoga classes in the middle of the day.
Cloudworkers is an amazing company where you can utilize your writing and language skills along with your imagination and make a reasonable amount of money. You can easily, advance your career with the assistance and support of the managers who are always very understanding and helpful.

This work is completely flexible as I’m able to work whenever and wherever I want, and given the topics we chat about with the clients very so varied, it rarely feels like ‘work’ work.
I can use the opportunity home working gives me to travel about and still work. I like to take advantage with lots of picnics and movie nights with the wife and kids. I’m able to mingle with friends, attend birthdays and weddings and still schedule my work and income around it all. So yeah, what I love most is the total flexibility of working for Cloudworkers … definitely! I can confidently tell you that this is my best job ever, and I actually use it as my main source of income right now!
